From drafting Food and Health & Safety Policies for Event Organisers to providing Food Safety policies and risk assessments for major Event Caterers and Exhibition food tasting. Steve can work with Event Organisers to carry out pre-event Trader selection and on-site Food and Health & Safety audits and management to ensure required standards are achieved. Steve has worked on Safety Advisory Groups (SAG) representing both Organisers and Local Councils.
